The Commons at West Bountiful

Working with property owners and West Bountiful City, Johansen Thackeray assembled a 35- acre project located off of Interstate 15 in West Bountiful. The project is anchored by Costco Wholesale that opened in November 2005 and Lowe's Home Improvement that opened in November of 2007. Other tenants include At Home, Office Depot, Petco, Deseret Book, Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, Rumbi's, Chipotle, and many others.

South Davis County area residents were previously driving significant distances north or south for shopping and dining options. The Commons serves the needs of these communities and has attracted major national, regional and local retailers to step into this untapped market.
