The Commons at South Towne

Located in the hub of retail activity for the south Salt Lake valley is the 19.5 acre Commons at South Towne project. Located directly east of South Town mall, JT acquired the Wal-Mart site adjacent to its property anchored by PetSmart and Staples. The site was acquired by JT with the idea of redeveloping once Wal-Mart constructed their new super center at 11400 South and west of 1-15. Wal-Mart vacated their building in 2007 paving the way for the redevelopment of the property. The project was completed in 2009 and boasts a strong line up of tenants that include Nordstrom Rack, PGA Superstore, Staples, PetsMart, Burlington, Ulta, Rue 21, Chipotle, Costa Vida,, Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
