This 2 building 4 story facility offers temperature controlled units as well as one large flex industrial space comprising of 8,800 sqft. The facility is surrounded by over 3,000 apartment units within a 1 mile radius, as well as the Bingham Junction business park. The development included a retrofit of a ~20,000 Sqft 1970's flex industrial building adding an additional ~10,000 Sqft mezzanine, and the ground up construction of a ~75,000 4-story self storage facility.
A ~108,000 gross sqft, 1,001 unit Self Storage facility located in Mililani, HI on the Island of Oahu right off Exit 7 on the H2 Freeway within the Mililani Technology Business Park. This facility is strategically located near Wheeler Army Airfield and Schofield Army Barracks. The site was carefully selected and acquired from Castle and Cook (Dole Foods) in 2017 after a 2 year search for a parcel. After a lengthy entitlement and permit process the project commenced construction late 2020 and was completed in 2022. This 4 building 2 story facility offers temperature controlled and traditional drive up units; all units are easy vehicle accessible via a ramp that allows access to the second floor.
