Heber Highlands

In May 2006 a 158 acre parcel was acquired in Wasatch County adjacent to the Utah Valley University Wasatch Campus on US Highway 40 (in an area called the North Village) for the development of a mixed-use neighborhood community. The property has gone through an extensive entitlement process and was annexed into Heber, City and Master Plan approved in 2022.

 

The property’s Master Plan includes 1,074 dwelling units consisting of the 798 for sale residential units with a mix of condos, townhomes, single family homes, and estate lots; 276 apartments and 196,000 sqft of commercial. Construction is expected to commence in 2024.

 

Prior to this master plan approval, 224 multifamily units were developed and completed in two phases, Phase I was constructed in 2012 and Phase II was completed in 2014. Upon the completion of Phase II the apartment complex was sold to a California multifamily fund.
