Foothill Village

Johansen Thackeray undertook the renovation and expansion of an aging neighborhood shopping center in 1988. Utilizing the limited space in this high traffic - high income area, today Foothill Village boasts over 300,000 sq. ft. of retail space and an underground parking structure. Foothill Village was sold in 2021 to Asana Partners.
